What is the difference between a general clean & a deep clean?

A general clean is routine maintenance to keep your home guest-ready, covering surface-level dusting, vacuuming & mopping. Our deep clean is a top-to-bottom "reset" that reaches hidden grime in areas standard cleans miss, like tile cleaning, window frames, limescale removal etc.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

At Sparkling Home Services, we come fully equipped with high-quality, professional-grade supplies & equipment. However, if you have specific products you'd prefer us to use for certain surfaces, just let us know & we'll be happy to accommodate.

Are there any tasks you don't perform?

To ensure the safety of our team & the quality of our work, we do not perform heavy lifting (moving furniture over 15kg) cleaning of biohazards (including mould remediation) or high-reach/exterior window cleaning.

Are your cleaners background-checked & insured?

Absolutely. Your peace of mind is our priority. Every member of the Sparkling Home Services team undergoes a rigorous vetting process & background check. We are also fully bonded & insured to protect your home & belongings.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with a clean?

We take pride in our "Sparkle Guarantee." If any area isn't up to your standard, simply contact us within 24 hours. We will return at no extra cost to re-clean those specific spots until you are 100% satisfied.

Do I have to be home during the service?

That is entirely up to you! Most of our clients provide a spare key or a lockbox code for entry. We handle all keys with strict security protocols to ensure your home remains safe & secure.

How do you determine your rates?

Our pricing is based on the size of your home or the type of service (general vs deep clean) or Move-in or End of tenancy clean and any specialized add-ons. We offer transparent, flat-rate pricing for most homes so there are no surprises on your final bill.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client & keep our team's schedule consistent.

Will I always have the same cleaner?

We strive for consistency & aim to send the same professional to your home for every regular visit. This allows them to become familiar with your specific preferences & ensures a high-quality personalized clean every time.
